Currently all work is remote until further notice.

Inner Betterment is open on Monday afternoons and Thursdays from 10am to 6pm.

Session availability is currently limited, please get in touch to enquire.

Spaces are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Any information sent via email or website referral portals will be stored securely and confidentially. It will be retained for the length of any subsequent work and in accordance with the standards of my professional association. If we do not proceed to work together, your data will be securely and confidentially stored for up to 6 months for marketing and communication purposes. Should you wish for your details to be deleted, please reply to correspondence with "opt out".
