Life Coaching
With me, life coaching is an exciting way of identifying and achieving your goals as well as your inner betterment - whether that is personal, professional or both.

As your life coach, I will help and guide you to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. I will also provide an objective and empowering environment for you to explore any challenges or barriers you are facing.
​
I will do this by assessing what inhibits you & drives you, and explore realistic methods & timeframes in which you can achieve your aims. I am Motivational Interviewing certified by the NHS - not only do I apply this, but I teach my clients the theory so that they can become their own coaches with time.
​
Since this is a bespoke package, I will complete a short assessment period with you to then implement a plan of action which will include some Behavioural Activation techniques (a huge part of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) which can be short or long term depending on what you would like to achieve. The aim is to keep you motivated and energised about your goals. The assessment period may be as short as one session or a month (4 weekly sessions).
