Counselling is a very purposeful conversation, whereby the client brings their honesty regarding what is concerning them to the counsellor in order to identify how to start experiencing inner betterment.

The reason this is usually short term is because counselling looks at supporting a person to move through their stuckness. Inner Betterment clients have described this as 'lifting a weight' from their shoulders.

Examples of what clients bring to counselling include:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Eating disorder

  • Physical health issues/pain management

  • Work related stress

  • Bereavement

  • Anger

  • and more

Essentially, if it's causing you a problem and you want to spend up to 12 sessions on healing, that's counselling.
