Counselling is a very purposeful conversation, whereby the client brings their honesty regarding what is concerning them to the counsellor, in order to identify how to start experiencing inner betterment.

The reason this is usually short term, is because counselling looks at supporting a person to move through their stuckness, and Inner Betterment clients have described it as 'enlightening' and 'liberating'.

Examples of what clients bring to counselling include:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Eating disorder

  • Physical health issues/pain management

  • Work related stress

  • Bereavement

  • Anger

  • Any more
